The City of Tshwane would like to apologise to customers who cannot get through to our call centre on 012 358 9999 due to the system being down.
The City can still be reached on the following alternative platforms:
- tshwane.gov.za: Go to I want to report and log your query for water, sewer, potholes, traffic lights, grass cutting, street lights, etc
- etshwane.co.za is available for self-service.
- WhatsApp line: 087 153 1001 to view accounts, submit readings and access other services
- Power failures can be reported by sending an SMS with the word POWER followed by account number to 082 612 0333 or 44676
- City of Tshwane Facebook and X will continue to update residents on progress and the estimated time of restoration
