Pretoria - The government will spend just over R34-billion on the development of the Moloto rail corridor – putting an end to the road of death. According to initial estimates based on the feasibility study, R20bn will go towards a rapid rail service, R10bn on rail stock and another R1.8bn to improve the condition of the road that has claimed so many lives.
