Red Pants for Wessel Pretorius

Pretorius was the first president of the South African Republic, and the guy who compiled its constitution. He was in office from the 22 October 1866 to 20 November 1871.The republic was conquered by the British in the second boer war, becoming the Transvaal colony in 1902.
