What is now known as Union Station on Putnam Street in downtown Marietta Ohio was the former Bonham’s Department Store, but in the beginning was the Turner-Ebinger Company, founded in 1911. In its day residents called this the "Daylight Store" due to the large windows that would swing open. The store employed over 60 people in 1916 and featured high grade merchandise.
