I’ve been sitting on this shot for a number of months now just waiting to find a bit of spare time to process it.
Not just because I think it very nicely captures the beauty of Sydney’s State Theatre but because it’s the first set of brackets taken with my Olympus OMD that I’ve turned into a HDR. I really wanted to see how far the cameras highly touted stabilisation would allow me to push hand held HDR.
Shot with an aperture of f4 at ISO1600 using the Panasonic 7-14mm lens I’m pretty impressed with the results.
I certainly need to do more testing but based off this I think it will be a very handy camera to have in those deep, dark places where tripod’s aren’t allowed.
