Onelenna Maimane is a 28 year old young driven ambitious girl who goes to all measures to make her dreams a living reality.
Onalenna Maimane was born in Johannesburg in the year of 1993 on the 25th of Janaury. She describes her childhood as the most adventurous, as she grew up in Mafikeng and later moved to New Jersey in the United States Of America. She later moved back to South Africa.
Onalenna started modeling at a very young age back in Thronhill Primary School where she collected few accolades. Years down the line Onalenna came back as a strong and ambitious actress where she auditioned for Prestigious castings directors. Through her dedication, passion and hardworking nature it was no surprise she managed to secure a callback.
Ms Maimame is heading to United States of America to represent South Africa at the world’s largest talent convention IMTA with over 300 Casting Agencies, Recording Labels, Talent Managers and more.
This earned her a platform to showcase her talent for the most eminent international judges:
- Rhavynn Drummer – Senior Executive Casting Director for Tyler Perry Studios.
- Joey Hunter – Former President of Ford Models for the past 30 years and The IMTA board member.
- Aviva Skall – Vice President of MMG Model, Talent and Celebrity.
- Blaze Johnson – From the Voice America
- Nate Butler – Singer, song writer Music Producer, A&R for America’s Got Talent, X-Factor USA and ‘Kids says the Darnest things America.
- The Prestigious International Elite Educational Institute, The New York Film Academy – Musical theatre, Broadcasting journalism, Filmmaking and Acting for Film Programs.
Miss Maimaine is an epitome of a dream chaser. She hopes to get a call back from Tyler Pery Studios as well as a year scholarship from the New York Film Academy.
Her long term goal is to become an assistant casting director where she will use her international experience to endorse talent in our communities.
