Rubbish set.
Typical of why they never made it overseas. Whenever they travelled they played their worst material.
All the music people wanted to hear fell by the wayside as they became wankers convincing themselves people actually wanted to hear them speak.
ASS KICKER
Thank you for Sharing this ¡
no time for games blew the roof off, never will forget the energy in the room that night!
Nice live sound right here ,, Ok ive had a mad live copy of No Time For Games for a few years and hear is the full gig .. Made my weekend right here ,, you got any Melbourne gigs 2001 2002 when they played If Ned kelly Was King and Koala Sprint –
I could have sworn that the bootleg I used to have of this (before a house fire) had a much better balance between Martin and Jim. Jim's guitar is a bit buried in the mix. Maybe I used to just adjust the speaker levels? (I definitely did at the end of "No time for Games" for that amazing solo.) This was a radio broadcast, so it should have been more professional, but Jim is muted in the Much Music Canada tv show seen elsewhere on YouTube as well.
What a kick-ass concert! More please.
G'day – do you have recordings of the oils live at the wireless Dec 1996 (Narrabeen) and/or August 1998 (Penrith Leagues Club)? Thanks for all the gigs and demos posted so far, just fantastic.
