A man died after falling off a bakkie in Garsfontein, Pretoria, paramedics said on Saturday.
The incident occurred on Friday night, said Netcare 911 spokesperson Chris Botha.
“A report from the scene indicates that the man was standing on the back of the bakkie and after falling off he landed under the wheels of the vehicle,” said Botha.
Paramedics arrived at the scene and found him lying on the ground. He was unresponsive.
“Tragically he had died due to the extensive injuries that he sustained,” said Botha.
